Thompson Peak Bakehouse was founded as a Cottage Kitchen (a licensed in-home bakery) in 2023 as an opportunity to provide exquisite, craft baked goods to Northern California. The recipes of the Bakehouse pay homage to the Founders' Irish heritage, Texan Grandmother,     and Californian upbringing with goodies such as sourdough breads, Irish brown bread, scones, biscuits, cookies, muffins croissants, donuts, naan, and many, many more. 

Thompson Peak Bakehouse knows a strong, community-based supply chain is the backbone of thriving regional economy.

The Bakehouse prides itself in supplying Lassen, Plumas, and Nevada County restaurants, cafes, and CSA's with its baked goods, while sourcing local and organic ingredients when available.
